Passing peel separation, 4 out of 5?

A question about the Table 1(a) of GM19, page 9 of 13. Regarding passing peel separation %—do 4 out of the 5 specimens have to pass the 25% or less requirement? Or is that only for the strength criteria?

Reply: In all honesty this is the first time we had this question. We feel the 4-out-of-5 concept should apply to seam peel incursion as well as seam shear elongation.
