IECA to develop online training modules

Walmart education grant launches 2-year project

The International Erosion Control Association (IECA) announced in an Oct. 10 press release that is has received an education grant from Walmart to develop online training content.

The two-year project will consist of creating 10-12 modules within IECA’s current educational tracks: Erosion and Sediment Control, Stormwater Management, Surface Water Restoration, and MS4 Management.

The release stated: “This collaborative project represents a contribution by IECA and Walmart for the development of content relative to issues related to erosion, sediment, and stormwater management within the construction industry. The content will be written by professional members within IECA to meet the highest possible industry standards.”
