Strata Systems, Inc., a division of Glen Raven Technical Fabrics based in Cumming, Ga., announced that Craig Bell, the company’s northeast regional sales manager, will take over as general manager of Strata at the end of September. Cofounders Chip Fuller and Rich Enger, as well as longtime project manager, Dave Butchart, will step down from their positions.

Bell is a geosynthetics industry veteran of 16 years. Prior to joining Strata Systems in 2006, he served as northeast regional sales manager for both Tensar Corporation and WallTek.

“I’m grateful for everything Rich and Chip have contributed to this organization and the industry at-large,” Bell said. “I’m both honored and humbled to follow in their footsteps.”

Enger, who cofounded Strata Systems along with fellow industry pioneer, Chip Fuller, will retire after 25 years with the company. Prior to becoming general manager in 2012, Enger held numerous roles in sales, marketing and operations. Fuller, a 40-year industry veteran who has overseen Strata’s global expansion efforts, will remain in an advisory position after retiring from his role as president.

“We are eternally grateful to Chip, Rich, and David for their many years of service and their leadership,” said Harold Hill, president of Glen Raven Technical Fabrics. “Their dedication to the organization, industry knowledge, and ingenuity have been central to the growth of Strata Systems over many years.”
