Reply: We have exactly what you are looking for (at least I think so). Go to our website at www.geosynthetic-institute.org and visit the White Papers section. There you will find GRI White Paper #15 on the topic of “Allowable leakage rates for surface impoundments.” It gives some context and then goes state by state for different liquids. It was one of [our] recent surveys so it’s up-to-date.
