Tendrain geonets were introduced more than a decade ago, offering performance provided by patented triplanar technology. In a press release today, SynTec said it has expanded on its history with Tendrain, Tenflow, Tenseal, and Roadrain with the new Tendrain II.
Within a year of operation as SynTec, a Baltimore-based manufacturer, it is billing its new product as the “next generation triplanar.” Tendrain II offers improved durability and performance over currently available triplanar geonets, according to the release.
“In developing Tendrain II, our goal was not to reinvent the triplanar, but to maximize and refine the unique features that make triplanar geonets so effective,” said Giovanni Capra, SynTec’s CEO, specifically noting the product’s reliability for landfill owners and designers.
“In compatibility terms, Tendrain II is an upgrade from Tendrain. In capability terms, this is a major new product,” said Capra. “Drainage geonets have been reinvented.”
