Organizational restructuring of the nonwovens sector within the Trützschler Group was recently completed, according to a September press release from the company. Trützschler includes two German companies, Fleissner in Egelsbach and Erko Trützschler in Dülmen, as well as American Trützschler in Charlotte, N.C., and six other branches worldwide.
Leen Osterloh is the new CEO for Trützschler Nonwovens. He was previously CFO at Oerlikon Textile.
Dieter Zenker is the managing director at Fleissner and Stefan Flöth is the managing director of Erko Trützschler GmbH. Marc Wolpers, sales director, is responsible for the worldwide marketing of Trützschler Nonwovens, the release stated.
The Trützschler Nonwovens division offers new technologies to producers of nonwovens and technical textiles worldwide. The spectrum includes not only individual processes and machines, but also a product range for the entire staple fiber preparation and web formation with roller cards or aerodynamic web forming machines, according to the press release.
Fleissner supplies systems and equipment for the production of raw materials for nonwovens products. The production facilities of the Trützschler Group are in China, India, Brazil, and U.S., plus service centers in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Mexico, Italy and Spain.
With about 2,000 employees, Trützschler specializes in textile machinery manufacturing, installations, and accessories for spinning preparation and the nonwovens industry.
