Polyfabrics receives CSIA award, achieves ISO certification

Polyfabrics was recently named Service Champion for the 2024 Customer Service Organization of the Year Award in the Medium-Business category. The award was conducted by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) and the company is proud to be recognized once again.

The CSIA Awards evaluate organizations based on a comprehensive set of criteria that underscore the importance of exceptional customer service. The nomination reflects Polyfabrics’ achievements across several key areas.
