To ensure all interested parties have adequate time to submit comment on the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Review of its General Applicability Waiver of Buy America Requirements for Manufactured Products, the FHWA has published notice of a 30-day extension of the comment period in the Federal Register: Notice and Request for Comment on FHWA’s Review of Its General Applicability Waiver of Buy America Requirements for Manufactured Products.
The comment period will run until May 22, 2023.
