HUESKER releases a video of bridging sinkholes with Fortrac geogrids

On the LGV (Ligne à Grande Vitesse, or High-Speed Line) Sud Europe Atlantique (SEA) railway line in France, a total of 2583339 square feet (240,000 m²) of Fortrac geogrid provides protection for sections with limestone soils and a high risk of karst and sinkholes. The YouTube video shows the entire laying process in just two minutes.

According to HUESKER’s website, Fortrac has a 20-year-plus track record in soil reinforcement. Among its major features, Fortrac has a high tensile strength, low creep, good interlock and simple installation.
