In a press release issued last week, Inland Tarp & Liner (ITL) announced that it has acquired the physical assets and equipment of Brawler Industries and Brawler Environmental Containment located in Midland, Texas.

The release said that ITL has hired most of the former Brawler employees and is updating equipment to supplement production of pit and pond liners at its recently expanded Odessa, Texas, facility. The combined plants include more than 100,000 square feet of production space and 12,000 square feet of office space.

ITL, based in Moses Lake, Wash., fabricates and distributes containment and covering products for energy, agriculture, and industrial applications, including but not limited to pit liners, pond liners, floating covers, haystack covers, dairy lagoons, and athletic field covers. ITL has fabrication and distribution locations in Moses Lake; Fostoria, Ohio; and Odessa, Texas.

The press release said that during the past 35 years, ITL has evolved from a West Coast hay tarp manufacturer and service company to emerge as one of the largest U.S. custom fabricators of tarp and liner products.

ITL services customers in all 50 states and internationally with weekly shipments to customers in Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
