Keith Gardner, Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Toccoa, Ga.-based Crown Resources, was recognized last week as a recipient of a 2016 Outstanding Volunteer Award. The award was presented by the leadership of the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) Oct. 18 during its annual Expo held last week in Charlotte, N.C.

Gardner was nominated for the award by Geosynthetic Materials Association (GMA) Division Supervisor, Jonathan Curry.

Curry noted that “Keith’s efforts as Chairman of GMA’s Executive Council helped in ensuring that GMA is active in addressing industry challenges.

“Keith has, without a doubt, had a positive impact on member retention and GMA growth.”

Gardner follows two other GMA leaders who were recognized with the Outstanding Volunteer Award, first presented in 2012—Boyd Ramsey, GSE Environmental (2012); and Fred Chuck, TenCate Geosynthetics (2013).
