TenCate global group director, Wally Moore, issued a press release March 21 to announce the appointment of Lee Bryan as global director of product supply for TenCate Geosynthetics; and
simultaneously the appointment of John Henderson as president of TenCate Geosynthetics Americas, Bryan’s previous position with the company. Both positions, effective April 1, report to Moore.
The release said that Bryan “will oversee all purchasing and production activities in addition to other important value creation opportunities … [and] will put his initial focus on the EMEA [Europe, Middle East, and Africa] region where he will join the European Management Team (EMT) while also assessing and recommending the future product supply structure for TenCate Geosynthetics EMEA.” Bryan has been TenCate Americas president since 2009.
The press release noted that Henderson, as president, “will continue to provide oversight for our global water and environment activities while we also prepare the structure for the next phase of acceleration.” Henderson, in his 20th year with TenCate Geosynthetics, was most recently global director of water & environment and global marketing director.
Moore said that the new appointments will focus “key strengths on key opportunities … [and] will adjust our organization to reposition two proven industry leaders to better support our focus on the markets of geosynthetics and selected industrial fabrics. I am confident that this will further improve our ability to reliably provide valuable products and the supporting application knowledge to these markets.”
