Profile Products acquires Central Fiber

On October 20, Profile Products LLC, an environmentally friendly soil, water and vegetation management solutions provider acquired Central Fiber LLC, a manufacturer of cellulose and wood fiber products.

Profile gained access to new manufacturing and distribution capabilities in key markets with the acquisition of Central Fiber’s facility in Ohio, a new warehouse in Dallas and a distribution network and workforce.

Central Fiber and Profile’s portfolio enhance and complement one another with products like Central Fiber’s Second Nature® and Enviro Fiber® hydraulic mulches, Topcoat® and Waste-Coat® landfill cover products, and Profile’s Flexterra HP®, ProMatrix® and Base mulch hydroseeding solutions for erosion control.
