International Geosynthetics Society news about upcoming events

• The call for abstracts for EuroGeo6 closes Friday, Oct. 30, 2015. EuroGeo6 is in Istanbul, Turkey Sept. 25–28, 2016. IGS News lists early bird registration opening on Nov. 1, 2015.
• The Argentina Chapter of the IGS is offering a course on Nov. 15, 2015: “Geosynthetics for soil reinforcing.”
• The abstract submission deadline for Geosynthetics Asia 2016 has been extended to Oct. 31, 2015. The sixth Asian regional conference on geosynthetics is in New Delhi, India, Nov. 8–11, 2016.
• The third edition of the GeoAmericas conference will be held in Miami Beach, Fla., USA, April 11–14, 2016. It is the first U.S. location for this event, following Cancún, Mexico (2008) and Lima, Peru (2012).
