Fabrication agreement for Colorado Lining & CDI/Watersaver

Factory equipment will re-locate at CLI

Colorado Lining International (CLI) and CDI/Watersaver have finalized a factory fabrication agreement, according to a press release issued by CLI.

The release noted that CLI has purchased CDI/Watersaver’s automated factory equipment and will re-install it in CLI’s Parker, Colo. facility.

“This agreement allows CDI/Watersaver to concentrate on its core business in oil, gas, and land management services,” said Chris Castellano, CDI/Watersaver vice president. “[CLI] operates high-quality fabrication facilities recognized worldwide for its excellence and professionalism. We know they will be able to provide CDI/Watersaver geomembrane materials in a timely manner.”

Located in the Denver suburb of Parker, Colo., CLI is a full-service geosynthetics contractor offering geomembrane fabrication and installation, flexible membrane liner and coating material selection, fabrication techniques, and design/build installation.
