I am looking for a discussion of how peel separation % in the latest revision of GM19 went from 4 out of 5 specimens to 5 out of 5 specimens having to pass the 25% or less requirement.

Reply: Others have noticed it as well and in response both peel separation and shear elongation will go to 5 out of 5. In earlier versions we were silent on these two items and then (foolishly) went to 4 out of 5 as in strength, but had “our ears pinned back.” The revised 5 out of 5 is now in place.
