The Geosynthetic Materials Association (GMA), working with its government relations firm in Washington, D.C., has helped to generate support for specific geosynthetics language in the Water Resources Reform & Development Act (WRRDA). The bill “to provide for improvements to the rivers and harbors of the United States” was under consideration by the U.S. House of Representatives earlier this month.
