Tensar Corp. and Tensar Intl. consolidate locations

Tensar Corporation and its principal business unit Tensar International (TI) will consolidate their headquarters locations, effective Nov. 22, according to a company press release issued Nov. 17.

The move, which takes the companies to a new office complex in Alpharetta, Ga., north of Atlanta, ends more than a decade of separate locations.

The 70 Atlanta-based employees of the two companies are moving to the Northwinds III development, the release stated. The area is located near Highway 400, a principal artery connecting Atlanta with its northern suburbs.

The move will be conducive for “more efficient communication and coordination between our parent company and Tensar International,” noted Robert Vevoda, TI president and managing director.

The new address is 2500 Northwinds Parkway, Suite 500, Alpharetta, Ga., 30009-2247. The companies will keep their existing switchboard numbers, but employees will receive new contact numbers. New phone numbers for key departments are posted on the company website: TensarCorp.com.
