Noel P. Hunt, a distribution company based in Australia, has reached an agreement with TenCate to buy out TenCate’s 50 percent share in Geofabrics Australasia Ply. Ltd., also based in Australia. Noel P. Hunt was already a part of the joint venture, which TenCate acquired an interest in when the company took over Austria-based Polyfelt in 2005.
