Tough Cell is a cellular confinement system or novel nano-polymeric alloy (NPA) geocell for soil stabilization and reinforcement that enables cost-saving and sustainable road construction on challenging and problematic soils. Applications include road construction, railway foundations, slope stabilization, load support, reservoirs and landfills (channels), and gravity walls.
