The Preditect System is used for reinforcement and monitoring applications, including but not limited to piggyback landfills, sinkhole safety systems, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, etc. It consists of a Geoter high-modulus geotextile incorporating optical fibers that allow deformations to be measured in real time using dedicated software; it also allows alerts to be sent to selected personnel if anything unexpected happens. This technology enables the user to detect a potential failure early and initiate corrective measures to secure the structure and protect safety, health and well-being.
