Neoloy Tough-Cells from PRS are a sustainable soil stabilization and road reinforcement cellular confinement system. Made of NPA (Novel Polymeric Alloy) with the long-term stiffness, strength and creep resistance required by ASTM and ISO geocell standards, Neoloy Tough-Cells are suitable for all types of transportation and infrastructure projects, as well as the natural resources and energy sectors; earth stabilization; drainage and stormwater management; and reservoirs and landfills. Neoloy Tough-Cells stabilize soft subgrade soils and reinforce the base layer of roads, rail and other pavements. This extends service life and reduces maintenance compared to conventional solutions. Design with Neoloy optimizes construction time and costs by reducing the thickness of structural and asphalt layers, while enabling the use of recycled and marginal soils for structural infill. This lowers the construction and carbon footprints and promotes sustainable solutions.
