The KUHNE Flat Film Geomembrane Extrusion Line is effective in the manufacturing of smooth or spiked geomembranes. It has high output, unsurpassed thickness uniformity and the option to add spikes, improving grip to the soil. An output of 7,700 pounds/hour (3,500 kg/h) can be reached, producing smooth geomembranes. A thickness tolerance of ±1.25% in 3-Sigma over a width of 26 feet (8 m) is achievable, resulting in substantial resin savings.
