Great Place To Work® is a global organization that evaluates workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors through employee surveys – specifically, how consistently employees experience a high-trust workplace. According to the survey, 82% of CMC employees said the company is a Great Place To Work® compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
