Solmax appoints Bob de Kruijf as managing director for EMEA

Solmax announces the appointment of Bob de Kruijf as managing director for the EMEA region, effective June 15.

Based in France, de Kruijf will lead the company’s activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, working closely with regional and global teams to strengthen performance and support the company’s long-term growth ambitions. He will report directly to Bob Gilligan, president and CEO of Solmax.

At Solmax, de Kruijf will play a key role not only in leading the EMEA region, but also as a visible member of the global business leadership team, helping to align global strategy and support the prioritization of operational investments across the company.

“Bob is a strong operator with a very practical and customer-focused approach to running a business,” Gilligan said. “He understands how to bring clarity and focus to an organization and how to translate that into results. As we continue to grow in EMEA, his leadership will help us stay aligned, move faster, and execute with discipline.”
