Geosynthetics Conference 2027 call for proposals opens

Mark your calendars and start making your plans to be part of the technical program at Geosynthetic Conference 2027, Feb. 21-24, 2027 in Reno, Nev. 

Want to share your expertise with the geosynthetics industry? This is your chance to propose and organize a session for the upcoming conference.

Types of Sessions:

• Technical paper sessions
• Panel discussions
• 2-hour training lecture
• Short courses (4-hour and 8-hour formats)
• Other unique special session ideas

Creativity and new topics or formats welcome! Geosynthetics Conference 2027 will be co-located with the International Erosion Control Association’s (IECA) Annual Conference. Attendees will have access to the education at both events, allowing more variety of participants.

Proposals are due Feb. 1, 2026, with notification of acceptance Feb. 14, 2026.
