Proposals open for Short Courses, PIT Talks, Special Sessions at Geo-Congress 2026

2026 is now accepting proposals for Short Courses, Innovation Talks (PIT) and Special Sessions. The conference takes place Feb. 15-18, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

This year’s theme — Geo Tools, Technologies, and Techniques in an Environment of Change — invites you to spotlight practical tools, cutting-edge methods and bold ideas shaping the future of geotechnical engineering.

These formats offer unique ways to contribute beyond traditional technical sessions:

• Short Courses – Deliver in-depth training on emerging or advanced topics
• Innovation Talks (PIT) – Share big ideas and forward-thinking perspectives in a dynamic format
• Special Sessions – Organize focused sessions around timely themes or challenges

Proposals are due May 2, 2025, and should be emailed to Brad Keelor at bkeelor@asce.org.
