Reinforced Earth’s geogrid geosynthetic, ArmaLynk® has received certification from EPD Hub for its Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). This certification provides detailed information on the environmental impact of the product throughout its lifecycle, meeting key international environmental standards.
A geosynthetic, ArmaLynk® is an ultra-high-strength geogrid for soil reinforcement and ground stabilization applications.
The geogrid is made from high tenacity polyester yarns. These yarns are extruded, coated to form polymeric strips encased in a polyethylene sheath, and then welded together to create a stable and robust geogrid structure.
This versatile geogrid can be used in various applications, including:
Embankments over soft and very soft soils: Prevents slips and enhances stability.
Reinforced embankments over areas prone to subsidence: Reduces impact and minimizes surface deformation.

The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), is a standardized and internationally recognized document that provides transparent and verified information about the environmental impact of a product throughout its entire lifecycle, from raw material extraction to disposal, and meeting international standards such as EN 15804+A2:2019, ISO 14025, and ISO 21930.
Receiving certification for an Environmental Product Declaration demonstrates a commitment to environmental stewardship, transparency, and sustainability. It signifies that the product has undergone rigorous assessment and meets international standards for environmental performance reporting.
