Kaye William & Company acquires Carthage Mills

Kaye William & Company has acquired Cincinnati, Ohio-based Carthage Mills, a global supplier and pioneer of the geosynthetics industry. This transaction represents Kaye William’s initial investment in the specialty distribution and manufacturing channels with additional investments forthcoming.

Carthage Mills is a recognized leader in offering one of the most comprehensive lines of geosynthetic and erosion control products in the industry. Their branded products are available via a network of distributors located throughout the United States and internationally. Carthage Mills’ geosynthetic products are used for reinforcement, separation, and containment of soil and other materials in various construction and infrastructure projects.

These projects are focused on erosion control, roads, environmental, landscaping, drainage, retaining walls, roofing, septic, athletic fields, parking, and equestrian facilities. Additionally, construction site supplies and accessories continue to be added, and they round out a full bundle of products available to Carthage Mills’ distributors.
