Western Green acquires East Coast Erosion Control

Indiana-based Western Green has acquired East Coast Erosion Control, with offices in Pennsylvania and South Carolina. This latest acquisition builds on Western Green’s growing manufacturing footprint, with expanded product and manufacturing offerings along the eastern U.S. regions. This acquisition will result in the largest U.S.-based erosion control blanket manufacturing group. As a primary benefit of the acquisition, a greater geographical area in the Americas will have access to erosion control products.

As of May 26, Western Green, its associated brands and East Coast Erosion Control will continue to conduct business as independent entities. However, by combining certain resources, both companies will have the opportunity to make process and product improvements as well as broaden their sales reach. While the two companies will continue to operate separately, they will collaborate to uphold a commitment to the industry’s best interests.
