Eef Bos stepping down as TenCate CFO

A press release issued this week announced that Eef Bos has decided to step down as TenCate’s chief financial officer (CFO), effective Oct. 1, 2016.

“Since the company entered into a new phase of its development, this is for me a natural moment to leave TenCate,” Bos said.

The press release said that the company’s Supervisory Board thanked Bos for his contribution and involvement with TenCate, and also noted that it intends to nominate Frank Spaan for appointment as CFO by the general meeting of shareholders.

After this appointment, the TenCate Executive Board will consist of Jan Albers, CEO, and Spaan as CFO.

Netherlands-based Royal Ten Cate (TenCate) is a multinational company that includes four areas of application: safety and protection, space and aerospace, infrastructure and the environment, and sport and recreation.
