Wooster, Ohio-based Seaman Corp., maker of XR Technology geomembranes, has issued a press release announcing a new management, organization and leadership structure that includes Alex Williamson and John Crum as co-presidents.
Both were promoted to executive vice president a year ago as part of a two-year succession plan. Richard N. Seaman, now assumes the titles of chairman and CEO, the release said.
Seaman Corp. has been a developer of industrial fabrics for more than 60 years. Among the company’s products are FiberTite roofing systems, Shelter-Rite truck tarp and architectural fabrics, XR geomembranes, and specialized fabrics designed for military structures and fuel tanks.
