COMANCO resumes 3-layer geosynthetic system in Puerto Rico

COMANCO recently returned to Puerto Rico to resume installing a 3-layer geosynthetic system. This project will benefit the Southern region of the island of Puerto Rico by covering the excess ash and other chemicals that have contaminated the surrounding air.
