Thrace Nonwovens are specially designed to provide reinforcement, separation, filtration, drainage, protection and erosion control. Depending on their special mechanical and hydraulic properties, they are suitable for being used as separators to prevent the intermixing of the different soil layer types. It filters to allow the flow of fluids while preventing the passage of soil particles, and protective layers for geomembranes in landfills. Having control over the entire manufacturing process provides the opportunity to intervene at various production phases to come up with innovative products that fulfil special customer requirements. By converting over 110,000 tons of PP through a vertically integrated business model, unique cost advantages are attained and passed on to customers through value-for-money products.
