Megaplast Conductive Geomembranes are the most effective, faster and practical means for locating leaks in installed geomembranes, particularly at post-installation after cover soil placement. These conductive geomembranes increase the effectiveness of “water-lance” leak surveys and do not require a conductive subsurface. Spark testing of Megaplast Conductive Geomembranes does not require water flooding with its added expenses and time consuming delays. Primary markets and applications include landfill liners and caps/covers; mining applications; floating covers in exposed conditions; secondary containment; coal ash residual containment; and for reservoirs, ponds, and dams.
