Robert Motis joins EC Applications

EC Applications (ECA), an Anaheim, Calif., based geosynthetics installer, has announced that Robert (Bob) Motis has accepted the newly created position of vice president–construction. Motis will provide key leadership to the EC Applications Construction Group with a focus on leadership development/professional growth, construction operations oversight and consistent delivery of operational excellence.

Motis joins ECA with previous experience in the geosynthetics industry. He spent 14 years at Serrot Corporation, where he rose to the position of CFO. He most recently spent 22 years working as vice president of Impact Companies/Wadley Construction in Las Vegas, Nev. 

Motis has long been a mentor to ECA principles Christopher Fore and Nicolas Gonzalez. He has had direct involvement with ECA since its founding in 2006 and is a partner in ECA-Texas LLC.

As the new vice president–construction, Motis will report directly to Nicolas Gonzalez, ECA president.
