The abstracts deadline for EuroGeo5 is fast approaching: Dec. 31, 2011.
The EuroGeo regional event is held every four years—the 2008 conference was in Edinburgh, Scotland—under the auspices of the International Geosynthetics Society (IGS).
EuroGeo5 is Sept. 16-19, 2012, in Valencia, Spain. Organized by the IGS/Spain Chapter, the event gathers international geosynthetics experts and companies to expand discussions about the use of geosynthetic materials in engineering applications such as: transportation, hydraulics, erosion control, soil reinforcement, mining, and environmental protection.
Abstracts for submission by Dec. 31 must be written in English or Spanish, with a maximum length of 400 words.
