Genivar acquires Solmers

The Genivar Income Fund has acquired Solmers Inc., a Quebec-based firm specializing in environmental engineering services, including waste-confinement technology.

With this acquisition, combined with its current capabilities, Genivar says it now has a leading position in this sector in Canada, with projects totaling more than 15 million square meters of designed, installed, and controlled geosynthetic materials.
