Geosynthetics: Present and Perspectives in México

Objectives:

To learn about current reality in the use of the geosynthetic materials, presenting also the perspectives for the near future and the potential applications of these products in the Mexican Engineering.

Who should attend?

Project designers, specifiers, geotechnical and environmental engineers, university professors and students, researchers, and all professionals from the government agencies, private companies or academia dedicated to planning, designing, construction and maintenance of different works in the field of Civil Engineering and Architecture, specially in the areas of Geotechnics, Hydraulics, Environmental, Landscape Architecture, who want to start or keep updated in the use of the geosynthetic materials, by means of the presentation of case histories, old and new experiences, designing criteria, technological advances, construction systems, and the recent applications of geosynthetics as an effective and economical solution.

Short courses: first day, 6 hours each one
Keynote lecture and technical sessions: 1.5 days
Exhibition: 1.5 days
