Ronald C. Keating has been elected president and chief executive officer (CEO). Keating has been with the company since August 2007, when he was named president and chief operating officer (COO).

Keating succeeds Pat Harlow, who will remain chairman of the civil engineering site solutions provider.

Keating, 39, a native of Dallas, joined Contech last August as part of the transition plan by Harlow, who led the transformation of Contech during the last decade from being a supplier of metal corrugated pipe into a leading provider of bridge, drainage, erosion control, and stormwater products.
