Armtec CFO resigns

John Slattery, senior vice president-finance and chief financial officer at Guelph, Ont.-based Armtec, has resigned to pursue a new opportunity, according to a press release from the company.

Carrie Boutcher, vice president-finance, was appointed interim CFO.

Armtec is a manufacturer and marketer of drainage products and engineered solutions for infrastructure applications, and is also a distributor of water control and geosynthetic products.
