Rafter joins Atlantic Lining

Former CETCO exec named business development director

New Jersey-based Atlantic Lining Company Inc. announced in a Feb. 26 news release that Timothy Rafter has joined the firm as its new director of business development.

Rafter previously held several senior positions with the Construction Technologies Division of AMCOL International (CETCO) and with GSE Environmental.

Atlantic Lining, Jobstown, N.J., is a geomembrane provider and installer, including services for HDPE, LLDPE, PVC, Hypalon, GCL, and polypropylene liners, according to the release. It also “provides technical assistance, turnkey installation services, excavating, remediation, piping, and concrete construction capabilities for turnkey projects through its general contracting division, ALCO Construction Co.,” the release said.

In addition to his positions at CETCO and GSE, Rafter has served as a Geosynthetic Materials Association (GMA) representative and on the Geosynthetic Institute’s board of directors.
