Western Excelsior acquires NA Green from Tensar

Evansville, Ind.–based Western Excelsior Corporation signed an agreement to acquire North American Green Of Poseyville, Ind., from Tensar International Corporation, effective Mar. 31, 2017. The two companies are major manufacturers of diverse products used to control soil erosion and sedimentation, and to assist with the establishment and reinforcement of vegetation on a wide range of applications. The combined companies will continue to operate their businesses independently, but will unite resources to improve processes and expand sales reach.
