TenCate promotes two at its Georgia locations

Pendergrass Ga.-based TenCate Geosynthetics announced in a May 18 press release the promotions of Beth Wilbanks and Melissa Medlin. Both have been with TenCate for more than 15 years.

Wilbanks, most recently a group quality manager, has been promoted to director of product management. The release said that Wilbanks will coordinate with TenCate’s senior product manager and product support specialist “to implement a strategic product management plan to align TenCate’s product offerings with market demand.” Wilbanks has a B.S. degree from North Carolina State University and joined TenCate in 1998.

Medlin, previously a quality control manager for TenCate’s Pendergrass and Cornelia locations in Georgia, has been promoted to senior quality control manager. The press release noted that Medlin will now be responsible for managing the Cornelia, Ga. location as well as managing other TenCate corporate programs for both sites. Medlin has a B.S. degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in analytical chemistry from the University of Georgia.
