Miller Weldmaster unveils new Resolution Center

Miller Weldmaster (MW) announced in a June 1 press release the opening of its new Resolution Center.

The center is designed for customers to have access to technical service and support for their MW machines after point of sale.

Navarre, Ohio-based MW has made rotary hot-air, hot-wedge, and impulse welding equipment for the industrial fabrics and thermoplastics industries for 40 years.

The press release said customers can speak with someone from the Resolution Center for responsive service, enabling faster customer support by MW’s Field Service Engineering team.

Technical representatives are available for resolution of customer needs in many areas, including helping in the selection of parts and any other troubleshooting for machine issues.
