Deadline Nov. 15 for GeoAmericas proposals

Tech sessions, short courses, lectures for 2016 event

The organizers of GeoAmericas 2016 are calling for proposals for technical sessions, short courses, and training lectures, and the proposals are due by this Saturday, Nov. 15.

The third Pan-American Conference on Geosynthetics is planned for April 11-14, 2016, at the Lowes Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla.

The conference’s education opportunities include:

• technical sessions in the form of paper-based presentations, forums, and panel discussions.
• full- and half-day short courses.
• tracks of parallel 1.5-hour training lectures.
