’On Location’ to deliver at customer’s site

The Denver-based International Erosion Control Association (IECA) announced in an Oct. 27 press release that it is launching a new educational service-“IECA on Location.”

The program is designed as customizable educational courses created by IECA faculty and delivered live at a customer’s site.

According to the release: “It is the goal of IECA Education to meet the needs and goals of businesses by providing state-specific content ensuring compliance with regulations in a given area … [from] experts in specific fields of erosion, sediment control, stormwater management, surface water restoration, and MS4 management.”

Jimmy Eanes, IECA’s education director, said: “Our faculty will modify existing training courses or customize their material to meet the needs of your organization.”

The fee for most IECA on Location offerings is $2,000 for a full-day course, $1,500 for half-day courses.
