The International Erosion Control Association (IECA) announced in a June 3 press release its new assistant to the director/sponsorship development manager, Nicolle Strong.
Before joining IECA, Strong was a part-owner of Piano’s Flowers & Gifts in Memphis, Tenn., where she was responsible for operations, event planning, sales, and marketing.
“She has spent the past seven years working in sales and event operations. Nicolle’s strong customer service and management qualities will be a great addition to our team,” said Russ Adsit, IECA’s executive director.
The release noted that Strong is now the new point person for IECA’s sponsor relations and will work closely with IECA’s Corporate, Emerald, and Cornerstone members.
