Giroud, Peggs announce partnership

Geosynthetics veterans J.P.Giroud and Ian Peggs announced a new alliance with their companies at the 9th International Conference on Geosynthetics in the Brazilian resort city of Guarujá, near São Paulo.

Giroud, J.P. Giroud Inc., and Peggs, I-Corp International Inc., said the new strategic alliance of their international consulting companies can provide integrated geosynthetics engineering consulting services. The two previously worked together in the early years of GeoServices and GeoSyntec.

A press release at the 9ICG said the two-man consulting combo offers services such as:

• geosynthetics systems forensic and failure analysis.
• conceptual design, materials selection, and specification services.
