ACH opens new plant

ACH Foam Technologies, manufacturer of expanded polystyrene (EPS) for construction, architectural, geotechnical, packaging, and OEM applications, has opened a new plant in McCarran, Nev., about 17 miles east of Reno.

The 108,000ft² facility will address demand for both construction and industrial markets, particularly in the West. The new Nevada facility is among the top three EPS plants, in terms of size and production output in the U.S., according to ACH, which has a total of 10 manufacturing plants in North America.
